Das meiste Essen dort ist nicht gesund. Es enthält viele einfache Kohlenhydrate und wenig Vitamine. Man sollte nicht zuviel davon essen. Der Film "Super Size Me" zeigt, was passiert wenn man sich nur von solchem Essen ernährt.

Es gibt viele Produkte die nicht gesund sind heutzutage, weil die Industrie von Essen sehr entwickelt ist. Manche sind gesund, z. Beispiel, alle Produkte die mit Natur direkt zu tun haben. Die Milch zum Beispiel und die Kaese die direkt von den Kuhen und Ziegen kommen, natuerliches Oel von den Oliven u.s.w. Meistens, die gesunde Produkte werden nicht in einem Supermarket haben und werden durch Teknologie nicht herstellt werden, Das selbe gilt mit Schoenheitprodukten, DANKE Jakob!!
