Impartial-Impeach-Impede

Impartial, is adjective and means objective, we actually have impartial jury, this is judgment of Court impartially, thus judging and evaluating legal cases impartially, objectively, without subjective esteems mostly. Also in Penal cases, Juries can contribute to impartial judgment, hence help Juries make the correct decision, in legal cases, by estimating a fair rate of punishment for accused ones, (ex. defender). Lawyers also can contribute to impartial correct judgment, throughout hearing procedure, this being then the main reason existence and primary role. role at all levels.

2)Impeach=It's verb that means denounce, denunciate, lead to court for judgment, if all legal terms and contitions are met, thus all criteria that would justify this, in the frame of Law, thus legally, and make lawsuit (in document of trial) submitted to Court by Lawyer of say, plaintiff, being accepted, thus thesis defended and claims/legal arguments of plaitiff described in document of lawsuit be substantial, thus accepted ones. For ex. also ministry X wasimpeached for high treason, thus accused of act of high treason and led to Court by State, usually these cases are adjudicated directly from High Court or constitution of Special Court for such cases.

3)Impede=inhibit, prevent, not let something happen, sth that should happen or not, term used generally. For ex. 'the bus was impeding traffic'(this regarding problems and issues of Civil Police), usually in big crowded cities and towns. We alo have the deriving term 'impediment' (noun) that means legal obstacle, for ex. impediment of marriage, to be legalized, and for (smooth issualnce, valid issuance, lawfully) of relative certificates of marriage in case of bigamy of one party, thus if one party, any of two potential spouses, has not got divorce officially, thus legal document of marriage solution, with all formalities, and finally validated legally from court and filed. if not, then we say marriage has impediment.to take place and be solemnized.
